Revalidation of European patent in Latvia after opposition or limitation at the European patent office (B2/B3)

If the claims of the European patent are amended in opposition or limited during limitation proceedings a translation of amended or limited claims shall be filed before the Latvian patent office within three (3) months after the date of amended or limited European Patent publication in the European Patent Bulletin.

Revalidation fees

Official fee for revalidation: EUR 40

Patent attorney fee: EUR 200

Translation fee of claims, if necessary: EUR 10 / 100 source words.
